Use this page to view the status of MMIS transactions. There are two ways to access this page:
This page will display immediately following the Certification / Authorization page by clicking on the MMIS History button on the Certification / Authorization page.
From the Left Navigation:
Click Eligibility.
Click MMIS Transaction History.
Pending: The transaction is generated in the VaCMS but not yet submitted for processing.
Submitted: The transaction was submitted for processing and the VaCMS is waiting for updates from MMIS.
Success: The transaction was successfully processed by MMIS and MMIS has returned a success code. (If there is no change in eligibility, transaction message “3944 – No Eligibility Updates Applied. No Action Required” will also display in the Transaction Message column).
Failure: The transaction failed on the MMIS side and MMIS sent an error code.

In order to check the results of the MMIS transaction, use the Search feature. If the MMIS Transaction Status is Success, the transaction was successfully processed. If the MMIS Transaction Status is Failure, you should refer to the error code and may need to enter data into MMIS. |
Search by Case ID or Individual ID and Transaction Date / Time to load different information or a different case.
Select a date range to display transactions with that range.
You have reviewed the status of the MMIS Transaction or searched for status updates.
