Maintain User Availability

Use this process to enter blocked times for the worker, based on various work schedule exceptions. 

Process Steps:

The Maintain User Availability page displays.

 

  1. In the Blocked Times Details section:
  1. Click Submit.

 

Click “Delete all Occurrences,” to delete the entire recurrence of the record. A confirmation message displays stating “Confirm Deletion?” and the blocked time record for all the affected days is deleted.

Click “Delete Selected Occurrence,” to delete the blocked time for the date and time selected. A confirmation message displays stating “Confirm Deletion?” as well as the date and time of the record. The time will no longer appear blocked off on the calendar. If this is a recurring record, it still appears on the other records.

 

Results of the Procedure:

The blocked time is recorded.
