Medicare Premium Details
Use this procedure to enter information about the customer’s Medicare Premium Details. This page triggers if you answered Yes to the Medicare premium question on the Income – Questions page.
Process Steps:
- The Medicare Premium – Details page displays.
- In the Client Information section:
- Select the customer’s name from the dropdown menu.
- In the Medicare Dates section:

- Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
- Enter the End Date.
- Enter the Reported On date (required).
- Enter the Date Change Occurred (required).
- Enter the Verification Received On date (required).
- In the Medicare Part A section:

- Select Yes or No from the Entitled to or Receiving Medicare Part A dropdown menu.
- Enter the Part A Begin Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part A End Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part A Premium Amount, if applicable.
- Select the Part A Premium Payment Method from the dropdown menu, if applicable.
- Select a Part A Verification.
- Select Yes or No from the Is individual is enrolled in PACE and Medical expense covered by PACE? dropdown menu.
- In the Medicare Part B section:

- Select Yes or No from the Entitled to or Receiving Medicare Part B dropdown menu.
- Enter the Part B Begin Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part B End Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part B Premium Amount, if applicable.
- Select the Part B Premium Payment Method from the dropdown menu, if applicable.
- Select a Part B Verification.
- Select Yes or No from the Is individual is enrolled in PACE and Medical expense covered by PACE? dropdown menu.
- In the Medicare Part D section:

- Select Yes or No from the Entitled to or Receiving Medicare Part D dropdown menu.
- Enter the Part D Begin Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part D End Date, if applicable.
- Enter the Part D Premium Amount, if applicable.
- Select the Part D Premium Payment Method from the dropdown menu, if applicable.
- Select a Part D Verification.
- Select Yes or No from the Is individual is enrolled in PACE and Medical expense covered by PACE? dropdown menu.
- In the Medicare Claim Number section:
- Click Save + Add Medicare Premium to save the expense record.
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The Medicare Premium Details for the household are recorded.
