Overdue Case Details Search

Use this process to search for overdue investigations which are currently open for 90 days or more.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Fraud, select Fraud Inquiry, and then Overdue Investigations.
   • The Overdue Case Details page displays.
2. In the Search Parameter section:

• • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Investigator.
  • Select the Investigation Type from the dropdown menu.

3. Click Search.
   • The results are displayed in the Search Results section.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
