Overpayment Detail

Use this process to list the overpayment established during the Fraud investigation.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Fraud, then Reports, then Overpayment Detail.
   • The Overpayment Detail page displays.
2. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Enter the From Date (required).
  • Enter the To Date (required).
  • Select the Report Type from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter the Investigator.

User can use this page to search for overpayment details for by either Locality or Investigator. In order to do this, User would have to select a report type. The report type can be either Locality or Investigator. If user selects report type Locality Details, the user would have to select a single locality from the locality search criteria and investigator search bar would be disabled and left blank.   If user selects report type Investigator Details, the user would have to enter which investigator in the investigator search bar and locality search bar would be disabled and left blank.

3. Click Search.
   • The results are displayed in the Search Results section.

Results of the Procedure:

The report is displayed based on the search criteria.
