Past Health Insurance Details

The Past Health Insurance - Details page will display in read only mode if a Past Health Insurance record was attached to the case before March 29th,2015.  An existing Past Health Insurance record may be edited if in intake mode.  If in any other mode Past Health Insurance record will be read only. Past Health Insurance records may not be added at any time.

If the application was submitted after March 29th, 2015, the Past Health Insurance-Details page will not appear and adding Past Health Insurance will not be an option.

Process Steps:

The Past Health Insurance - Details page displays.

 

On click of “New Data” button, a pop-up appears.

 

You can select the appropriate record and click the “Populate” button to import this data onto the page. You can then update this information and click on “Save + Continue” to proceed.

You can cancel the import of data onto the page by clicking the “Reset” button, as long as the data was not saved in the VaCMS.

Note: This will only be an option while in the process of pulling in a record.

For Month Insurance Ended, use 2 digits for the month and day. For example, June 3rd is 06/03.

 

  1. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

The client’s past health insurance coverage is recorded.
