Performance

Use this process to capture and view appeals statistics.

Process Steps:

The Performance page displays.

In the Appeals Statistics section:

- Enter the DMAS MAP to PST Date.
- Enter the DMAS PST to Hearing Officer Date.
- Enter the Hearing Officer Received Date.
- Enter the DMAS HO to PST for Scheduling Date.

Click Save + Continue.

Only the last 4 Hearing Officers assigned will be displayed. The hearing officers assigned will be displayed in the descending order of the Date Hearing Officer Assigned.

Results of the Procedure:

The appeals statistics are displayed.
