Program Request - Details

Use this procedure to add requests for programs to a case.

Process Steps:

The Program Request – Summary page displays.

The Program Request – Details page displays.

  1. In the Programs section:

 

The answer to the Waiting List Screening Request dropdown menu determines whether an application Intake driver flow or a waiting list Intake driver flow is queued. 

 

 

The Reinstate Program – Complete This Section to Reinstate Denied / Closed Programs and the Program Withdraw / Deny Closure sections refer to reinstating a case from a closed status and denying a program.

 

  1. In the TANF Information section:

The Admin Delay Communication Form must be completed before selecting Yes from the Extend Pend dropdown menu.

Click Admin Delay Communication Form to display the Admin Delay Communication Form pop-up window.

 

 

  1. In the Medical Assistance Information section:

  3. In the Reinstate Program – Complete This Section to Reinstate Denied / Closed/ Programs section:

  4. In the Program Withdraw / Deny / Closure section:

  5. Click Next.

  6. To add or delete a customer's program request:

  7. In the Client Information section:

  8. Click Update.

  9. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

Program request details for the household and customers have been entered.
