QA Sample Report

Use this procedure to view reports for QA Samples- Positive 1, Positive 2, Negative Closed, and Negative Denied for SNAP.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select the Quality Control module.
2. Select QA Sample Report.
3. Enter the Sample Month / Year (cannot be a future date).
4. Click Search.

   • VaCMS will display Positive 1, Positive 2 and Negative (Closed/Denied) summary report for the QC sample generated for the sample month.

Results of the Procedure:

The summary reports for the QC sample generated for the sample month are displayed.
