Rapid Data Entry - Case Summary
Use this procedure to review a summary of existing case information
in the RDE module.
Process Steps
From the Left Navigation menu,
select Rapid Data Entry (RDE),
then click Search Case. The Search Case page displays. Enter
the search criteria and click Search.
Click on the case number hyperlink from the search results. The Case Summary page displays. All
information on this page is read only.
- In the List
of MA Active Household Members section, review details of the
household members receiving MA on the selected case, including Household Member(s) names, SSN, DOB,
MMIS Enrollee ID, Aid
Category, and Renewal Date.
- In the Authorized
Representatives section, review details of any listed Authorized
Representatives, including Name,
Authorized Program, Authorized Duties, Relationship
to Applicant, and the ability to View Data.
- In the Renewal/Report
Changes Pending in VaCMS section, review details if there is
a Renewal or report change pending in the VaCMS, including the Mode, Programs,
Date Received, and Reference
#.
- In the Past
Renewals in RDE section, review details of previous Renewals
completed in RDE, including the Renewal
#, Programs, Date Created, and Status.
- In the Past
Report Changes in RDE section, review details of previous report
changes completed in RDE, including the Report
Change #, Date Created,
and Status.

Upon
clicking the Update PMOC
button, workers will be routed to the Update
PMOC page and will be able update the Preferred
Method of Correspondence (PMOC). |
Results of the Procedure
A review of the Case Summary has been completed.
