Use this procedure to enter application data as part of the Rapid Data Entry process.
The Housing Bills tab displays after completing the Income page.

For any of the bills listed below, multiple bills can be added by clicking the +ADD button. |
In the Housing Bills section:
Select the Name of the person in the household who is responsible for the housing bill.
Select Type of housing bill.
Enter the Amount of the housing bill.
Choose Yes or No in the Someone else help pay this bill dropdown menu.
In the Utility Bills section:
Select the Name of the person in the household who is responsible for the utility bill.
Select Type of utility bill.
Enter the Amount of the utility bill.
In the Shelter Expense for Home Temporarily Not Lived In section:
Select the Name of the person in the household who is temporarily out of the home
Select Reason Not living here from the dropdown menu.
Choose Yes or No in the Intend to return? dropdown menu.
Select the Shelter Expense Type from the dropdown menu.
Enter the Amount of the shelter expense.
Choose Yes or No in the Someone else living in this home? dropdown menu.
Choose Yes or No in the Is this person paying rent? dropdown menu.
In the Standard or Actual Expense section:
Choose Yes or No in the Heating or cooling expense dropdown menu.
Choose Actual or Standard in the Actual/Standard amount? dropdown menu.
Choose Yes or No in the Help with paying heating or cooling bill? dropdown menu.
Enter the date the client moved into the shelter in the Date moved into Shelter field.
Choose Yes or No in the Shelter Allowance dropdown menu if the client needs a shelter allowance.
In the Expedited SNAP section:
Enter the client's Income amount
Enter the client's Resources.
Enter the client's Rent or Mortgage this month.
Select Utilities from the selection box.
Enter the amount of the client pays to Utilities per month.
Choose Yes or No in the Migrant/Seasonal Worker dropdown menu.
Click Save + Continue.
Rapid Data Entry process continues to the Other Bills page.
