Rapid Data Entry - Search Application

Use this procedure to search for applications as part of the Rapid Data Entry process.

Process Steps

From the Left Navigation menu, select Rapid Data Entry (RDE), then click Search Application.

The Search Application tab displays.

1. In the Application Search Criteria section:

   • Enter any of the following information for any individual on the Application:

   • • First Name

     • Middle Initial

     • Last Name

     • Suffix

     • SSN

     • Application #

1. 1. • Begin Date

      • End Date

      • Date of Birth

      • Program

2. Click the Search button.

3. Select the correct application from the Application Search Results section.  

1. • If the RDE Application has been submitted, click the T-number hyperlink to view a PDF of the Application.
   • If the RDE Application has not been submitted, click the Not Submitted hyperlink to return to the RDE Application.

Results of the Procedure

The selected application is opened for review.
