Referral Agency Inquiry

Use this procedure to search for a Referral Agency.

Process Steps:

1. From the Left Navigation menu, select a Referral then select Referral Agency - Inquiry.

2. Select a Locality.

3. Select an Agency Type (if necessary).

4. Select an Agency Name (if necessary).

5. Click Search:

   • The results display below

6. Click the edit icon to edit the agency information on the Referral Agency – Details page.

7. Click Add New Agency, enter new referral agency information on the Referral Agency – Details page.

Results of the Procedure:

You have successfully located the Referral Agency.
