Use this procedure to specify which program is being requested and identify whether an application or waiting list screening is being entered.
The Register Program - Program page displays:
In the program section:
Check the appropriate checkboxes to select the program(s) for which the client is applying (Child Care, MA, SNAP, TANF, EA-Fuel Assistance, EA-Cooling Assistance, EA-Crisis Assistance).
Enter the Application / Screening Date (required).
Select Yes or No from the Wait List Screening Request (required for Child Care).

Select Yes to register the request as a waiting list screening. Select No to register the request as an application. If the request is registered as a waiting list screening, the intake process will be shortened. |
Select Yes or No from the Applying for TANF Emergency Assistance dropdown menu.
Select Yes or No from the Evaluate Separate Household Status for Elderly and Disabled dropdown menu.
Check the box for each program that each customer is requesting.
If the customers requires retroactive Medical Assistance coverage, check the Retroactive Coverage for 3 months checkbox.

If the customer is applying for Medical Assistance, they are entitled to apply for retroactive medical assistance for a 3 month period directly preceding the application date. |
Click Save + Continue.
The program has been selected and entered and whether an application or waiting list screening is being registered has been indicated.
