Use this procedure to request the Child Care Demographics Report.

Before requesting the Child Care Demographics Report, search previously generated reports to determine if a request has already been made for the same report. If a report has already been requested and is available to view, the information can be viewed immediately instead of having to wait until the next business day to view it. If you have not already searched previously generated reports, proceed to Search for a Financial Management Report and View Report History. |
From the Left Navigation menu, select Reports, then On Demand Request, then Child Care Demographics.
The Child Care Demographics Report page displays.
In the Report Parameters section:
Enter the Begin Date manually using the mm/dd/yyyy format or by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the appropriate date. This is a required field.
Enter the End Date manually using the mm/dd/yyyy format or by clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the appropriate date. This is a required field.

The End Date cannot be more than 12 months after the Begin Date. |
Click Submit Request.

The Child Care Demographics Report is available the next business day after the request is submitted. The next business day, proceed to View a Requested Financial Management Report. |
The Child Care Demographics Report request is submitted.
