Resource Hardship Details
Use this procedure to enter a customer’s hardship information.
Process Steps:
- The Resource Hardship – Details page displays.
- In the Client Information section:
- In the Dates section:

- Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
- Enter the End Date.
- Enter the Reported On date (required).
- Enter the Date Change Occurred (required).
- Enter the Verification Received On date (required).
- In the Resource Hardship Information section:

- Select Yes or No from the Was client offered undue hardship determination? dropdown menu (required).
- Select Yes or No from the Did the client return all necessary forms for the undue hardship determination within specified time frame? dropdown menu (enabled if ‘Was client offered an undue hardship determination?’ is selected as ‘Yes’).
- Select Yes or No from the Individual’s undue hardship has been approved by DMAS? dropdown menu (enabled and mandatory if ‘Did the client return all necessary forms for the undue hardship determination within specified time frame?’ is selected as ‘Yes’).
- Click Save + Add Resource Hardship to save the expense record.
- Repeat Steps 1 through 5 add additional records.
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The resource hardship information has been recorded.
