Resource Hardship Details

Use this procedure to enter a customer’s hardship information.

Process Steps:

  1. The Resource Hardship – Details page displays.
  2. In the Client Information section:
  1. In the Dates section:
  1. In the Resource Hardship Information section:
  1. Click Save + Add Resource Hardship to save the expense record.
  1. Click Save + Continue.

Results of the Procedure:

The resource hardship information has been recorded.
