Retro Pay Details

Use this procedure to record, view, and update retroactive payment details for clients requesting retroactive coverage.

 

The Retro Pay Details page is added to the driver flow only when a household member requests retroactive coverage. If the retroactive coverage is not requested in the Program Request prior to running the EDBC, the Retro Pay Details tab will be disabled.

If the Effective Begin Date in the Employment Dates section is prior to the application received date and retroactive coverage is requested, the Retro Pay Details page cannot be left blank.  

 

Results of the Procedure:

The client's retroactive pay details are recorded.
