Review Facility Narrative

Use this procedure to review the facility narrative.

Process Steps:

1. Proceed to Search for Vendor to select the edit icon for the vendor whose facility narrative is being reviewed.

   • The Maintain Vendor page displays.

2. From the Left Navigation menu, select Facility Narrative.

   • The Facility Narrative Summary page displays.

Review the facility narrative by individually reviewing each comment made to the narrative.

3. Enter the number of days in the past you want to review in the Show Last field.

And / Or

4. Enter the begin and end date of the time period to review in the Created Between and And fields.

5. Click Search.

6. Click the edit icon next to the comment you want to review.

   • The Facility Narrative Detail page displays.

7. Review the facility comment.

8. To review more comments to the facility narrative:

1. • Click Save + Previous.

   • The Facility Narrative Summary page displays, repeat the process above.

9. If done reviewing facility narrative:

1. • Click Save + Continue.

   • The Vendor Search page displays.

Results of the Procedure:

A comment to the facility narrative is reviewed.
