Use this procedure to review or update a case comment made to the case narrative.
If you are not currently working on the case:
From the Left Navigation menu, select Data Collection, then Case Action.
The Case Action page displays.
In the Case Action section:
Enter the Case or Application or Screening # or click the search icon and proceed to Search for Client to search for the case, application, or waiting list screening number (required).
Select Add Case Narrative (required).
Click Next.
The Household Information page displays.
From the Left Navigation menu, select Data Collection, then Case Narrative.
The Case Narrative – Summary page displays.
Review the comment subject lines.
Click the appropriate comment edit icon.
The Case Narrative – Details page displays.
Review the case comment.
To make updates to the comment, proceed to Case Narrative Comments.
Click Save + Previous.
The Case Narrative – Summary page displays.
If you are currently working on the case:
From the Left Navigation menu, select Data Collection, then Case Narrative.
The Case Narrative – Summary page displays.
Review the comment subject lines.
Click the appropriate comment edit icon.
The Case Narrative – Details page displays.
Review the case comment.
To make updates to the comment, proceed to Case Narrative Comments.
Click Save + Previous.
The Case Narrative – Summary page displays.
Repeat the process to review and update more case narrative comments.
A case narrative comment is reviewed and updated.
