SNAP Electronic Notice Waiver Report
Use this page to generate a report that includes data requested by FNS. In Nov. 2017, approval was granted to VDSS to waive SNAP regulations to provide paper notices. Under this waiver, Virginia can provide designated electronic notices (e-notices) to households through an online account on CommonHelp. As a condition of the waiver, VDSS must provide to FNS the following report required for evaluation of this waiver.
This report can only be requested/generated/viewed by a SNAP Manager. The report will be run during the nightly batch process and will be available the next day by performing a Report Search for the SNAP Electronic Notice Waiver Report (RP-170).
Process Steps:
1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Ad Hoc Reports, then SNAP
Select SNAP Electronic Notice Waiver Report from the Drop Down
The SNAP Electronic Notice Waiver Report page displays.
In the Report Parameter section:
Enter the From Month (required).
Enter the To Month (required)
Enter any program complaints associated with the waiver.
Click Submit.

Results of the Procedure:
