Use this procedure to assign the sampled case(s) to a QAA(s) and view a case(s) summary.
The saved sampled case(s) results are displayed in the summary table.
If necessary, select your Region from the dropdown menu to search for the cases assigned to your region.
Next to the case(s) to be assigned to a QAA, click the checkbox in the Assignment Selection column. The Assign button and the Primary QAA and Secondary QAA fields are enabled.
Click the magnifying glass icon in the Primary QAA field to display the Employee Profile Search page and locate the analyst to assign to the case(s) (required).
Employees that are indicated as “QA Staff” will be available for selection. |
The sampled cases have been viewed and assigned to a QAA(s).
