Search Cases for SNAP APPTRACK

Use this process to search cases to update for SNAP APPTRACK

Process Steps:

The Search Cases for SNAP APPTRACK Update page displays.

In the Search Criteria section:

- Select the FIPS from the dropdown menu (required).
- Enter the Worker.
- Enter the Case / Application #.

Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Worker field to perform a search for a specific worker.

- Enter the Authorization From month (required).
- Enter the Authorization To month (required).
- Select Yes or No from the Compliance dropdown menu.
- Click Search.

In the Results section:

- The results are displayed in the result table.
- Click the edit icon (pencil) to make any changes to the selected record.

Records from the current whole month and prior whole month can be edited through the 15th of the current month. After the 15th, only records from the current month can be edited.

Results of the Procedure:

The search results are displayed.
