Search LDSS

Use this procedure to view specific LDSS profiles. You must be an authorized user to view this page.

Process Steps:

The Search LDSS page displays.

1. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Select the LDSS Name from the dropdown menu.

  • Select the Region from the dropdown menu.

  • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.

  • Enter the City.

  • Select the Locality(s) Served from the selection box (Click Ctrl to select more than one option).

  • Select the Zip Code(s) Served from the selection box (Click Ctrl to select more than one option).

  • Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The search displays results based on the search criteria.
