Search for Converted Cases or Clients

Use this procedure to search for cases and clients that have been converted to the VaCMS through manual or automated conversion processes.

Process Steps:

You can search for converted cases or search for converted clients. Search results will include only exact matches, and all cases / clients associated to the search criteria will display.

To search for converted cases:

1. From the Left Navigation, click Conversion, then click Case Cross Reference.

2. Click the radio button next to the System for which the case number is to be searched.

3. Enter the Case Number.

4. Click Search.

5. Review the Conversion Case Cross Reference Search Results.

To search for converted clients:

1. From the Left Navigation, click Conversion, then click Client Cross Reference.

2. Click the radio button next to the System for which the client ID is to be searched.

3. Enter the Client Number and / or SSN for the client you want to search for. At least one of these must be entered.

4. Click Search.

5. Review the Conversion Client Cross Reference Search Results.

 Results of the Procedure:

You have searched for cases and clients that have been converted to the VaCMS.
