Search for MMIS Automated Conversion Cases

Use this procedure to search for cases that have been converted to the VaCMS through the automated conversion process.

Process Steps:

You can search for automated conversion cases. Search results will include only exact matches, and all cases associated to the search criteria will display.

To search for automated conversion cases:

1.      From the Left Navigation, click Conversion, then click MMIS Automated Conversion Case Search.

• The MMIS Automated Conversion Case Search page displays.

2.      Select the Locality from the dropdown menu to search by the case(s) locality.

3.      Select the Unit from the dropdown menu to search by case worker unit.

4.      Enter the Worker ID or search for the worker using the magnifying glass.

5.      From the Processed By Worker? dropdown menu, select Yes or No to search for cases processed by the worker.    

6.      Click Search.

7.      Review the Search Results.

Results of the Procedure:

You have searched for cases that have been automatically converted to the VaCMS.
