Select the Program from the dropdown menu.
Select the Worker from the dropdown menu.
Click Search.
The Renewal Status Search Results section displays based upon the search criteria entered.
If Pending was selected from the Renewal Status dropdown menu, the page will display all renewals that have a renewal workflow initiated but authorization not complete.
If Overdue was selected from the Renewal Status dropdown menu, the page will display all renewals that have a renewal due date less than the current date. The system will calculate the Number of Days Overdue and display the number in the search results.
If you chose Closed and / or In Grace Period, the page displays all MA cases in Closed status with at least one MA EDG that is closed using the closure reason “Failure to complete renewal – Renewal Packet not received,” or “Failure to complete renewal – Required information to determine eligibility not provided” and is within grace period.
It also displays EDGs closed in the current cut-off month where the effective date of the closure is a future date.
If you chose Due in Next 60 Days, the page displays all the renewals due within the next 60 days
