Use this procedure to search for a case.
From the Left Navigation menu, click Inquiry, then Case.
The Case – Search / Summary page displays.
In the Case Search Criteria section:
Enter the Case #, Child Care Case ID or Legacy ID.
Click Search.
The Case Summary Information section displays the detailed case information.
To update an address on a closed or denied case, click Update Address.
To view documents associated to the case:
Go to the Related Documents section.
Select the View Related Documents hyperlink.
The Document Search page displays a list of the documents associated with the case.
To view who last authorized the case:
Go to the Case Last Authorized by section.
To view specific customer details:
Go to the Case Clients section.
Select the appropriate customer identification number hyperlink.
The Client - Summary page displays the details of the selected customer.
To view program status:
Go to the Programs section
To view determination groups (EDG) associated with the case:
Go to the Currently Associated EDGs section
To view eligibility on the case:
Click Go To Eligibility Summary.
To view benefit history:
Click View Benefit History.
To view TANF participation.
Click View TANF Participation.
To view SNAP participation:
Click View SNAP Participation.
To perform updates or a particular action to the case:
Click Go To Case Action.
A case search is successfully completed and customer and EDGs associated with the case are displayed.
