Search for a Case

Use this procedure to search for a case. 

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, click Inquiry, then Case.

  1. In the Case Search Criteria section:

  2. To view documents associated to the case:

  4. To view specific customer details:

  1. To view program status:

  2. To view determination groups (EDG) associated with the case:

  3. To view eligibility on the case:

  4. To view benefit history:

  5. To view TANF participation.

  6. To view SNAP participation:

  7. To perform updates or a particular action to the case:

Results of the Procedure:

A case search is successfully completed and customer and EDGs associated with the case are displayed.
