Use this procedure to search for a unit profile.
The Associated Unit search icon is selected.
The Unit Profile Search pop-up window displays.
In the Search Criteria section:

The fields in the Search Criteria section are used to supply criteria when searching for unit profiles. Enter information in some or all of the fields to decrease or expand the search range as appropriate. The more criteria entered the more specific the search results will be. |
Enter the name of the LDSS that is associated with the unit.
Enter the Unit #.
Select the Region associated with the unit.
Select the Locality associated with the unit.

The Program defaults to Child Care. |

The Status defaults to Active and is disabled. |
In the Supervisor 1 Information section:
Enter the full or partial First / Last name of the primary supervisor associated with the Unit.
In the Supervisor 2 Information section:
Enter the full or partial First / Last name of the primary supervisor associated with the Unit.
Click Search.
The Unit Profile Search Results section displays the units with matching search criteria.
Select the appropriate unit checkbox.
Click Submit.
The Unit Search pop-up window closes and the Associated Unit is pre-filled with the selected vendor identification number on the original page.
A unit search is successfully completed and the associated unit is pre-filled.
