Use this procedure to search for an address associated with a particular case, application, or waiting list screening.
From the Left Navigation menu, click Inquiry, then Address.
The Address Search page displays.
In the Case Level Address Search Criteria section:

Enter information in some or all of the fields to decrease or expand the search range as appropriate. The more criteria entered the more specific the search results will be. |
Enter the Street #.
Enter the Fraction.
Select a Pre-Direction.
Enter the Str. Name / Rural Addr.
Select a Street Type.
Select a Post-Direction.
Select a Dwelling Type.
Enter the Address Line 2 / PO Box number.
Enter the City.
Select a State.
Enter the Zip Code.
Click Search.
The Case Level Address Search Results section displays the search results.

The search only retrieves the case level address, not the individual address. |
To view specific address details:
Select the appropriate address hyperlink.
The Address Summary page displays the details of the selected address.
To view specific case details:
Select the appropriate case hyperlink.
The Case Search / Summary page displays the details of the selected case.
An address search is successfully completed.
