TANF Diversionary / Emergency Assistance Search

Use this process to issue TANF Diversionary Assistance and TANF Emergency Assistance in multiple payments to customers and vendors.

Process Steps:

The TANF Diversionary / Emergency Assistance Search page displays.

1. In the Search Information section:

• • Enter Case # (required).
  • Enter EDG # (required).
  • Select the Benefit Type from the dropdown menu (required).
  • Select the Authorization Status from the dropdown menu (required).
  • Click Search.

2. In the Search Results section:

• • Review all fields.
  • Click the edit icon (pencil) to proceed to the TANF Diversionary / Emergency Assistance Details page.

Results of the Procedure:

The search process to issue TANF Diversionary Assistance and TANF Emergency Assistance is initiated.
