TOP Address Request Response

Use this process to view TOP address request errors.

Process Steps:

The TOP Address Request Response page displays.

1. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Enter at least one of the following fields (required):
  • • FIPS Code
    • Cycle Number
    • Cycle Date
  • Click Search.

2. Click the edit icon (pencil) to display the Finance Claims Maintenance record for that claim.

Results of the Procedure:

The search for TOP address request errors are displayed.
