TOP Collections / Reversals

Use this process to search for TOP collections and reversals sent from FNS for a TOP claim in the TOP Weekly Collections File.

Process Steps:

The Top Updates page displays.

1. In the Search Criteria section:

• • Enter the Cycle Number.

  • Enter the Collection / Reversal Date.

2. Click Search.

Results of the Procedure:

The TOP Collections / Reversals results are displayed.
