Use this procedure to update the allocation amounts when additional funding is available.
From the Left Navigation menu, select Funds Management, then Funding Allocation.
The Funding Allocation Summary page displays.
In the Search Criteria section, select any of the following criteria:
Select the Locality from the dropdown menu to display the funds allocation details.
Select the Budget Line from the dropdown menu to display the funds allocation details.
Select the FY from the dropdown menu to display the funds allocation details.
Press and hold the CTRL key to select multiple localities, budget lines and Fiscal Years (FY) in the list.
Click Go.
Review the allocation information.
Click the edit icon next to the allocation amount to be updated.
The Funding Allocation Detail page displays.
Update the allocation amount as appropriate.
Review the allocation information as appropriate.
If updates are required, proceed to Approve Allocation Amounts.
If no updates are required, click Save + Continue.
The Funding Allocation Summary page displays.

The allocated funds must be approved after changes are made for the funds to be available for the locality to use to authorize services. |
Click Approve All Allocations.
The allocation amount is updated and the approved funds are available for the locality to use to authorize services.
