Update Allocation Amounts

Use this procedure to update the allocation amounts when additional funding is available.

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Funds Management, then Funding Allocation.

  1. In the Search Criteria section, select any of the following criteria:

  1. Click Go.

  2. Review the allocation information.

  3. Click the edit icon next to the allocation amount to be updated.

  1. Update the allocation amount as appropriate.

  1. The Funding Allocation Summary page displays.

 

The allocated funds must be approved after changes are made for the funds to be available for the locality to use to authorize services.

 

  1. Click Approve All Allocations.

Results of the Procedure:

The allocation amount is updated and the approved funds are available for the locality to use to authorize services.
