Validation
Use this process to validate the appeal filed.
Process Steps:
The Validation page displays.
- In the POA Details section:

- Enter the POA Documents Request Date.
- Enter the POA Documents Due Date.
- Enter the POA Documents Received Date.
- Select the POA Documents Acceptable from the dropdown menu.
- In the Good Cause-Timely Filling section:

- Select the Good Cause Documentation Needed from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Good Cause Request Date.
- Enter the Good Cause Due Date.
- Enter the Good Cause Received Date.
- Select the Good Cause Reason Meets Criteria from the dropdown menu.
- In the Subpoena Details section:

- Select the Subpoena requested from the dropdown menu.
- Click the checkbox for Subpoena Type.
- Enter Subpoena Request Date.
- Enter Subpoena Mailed Date.
- In the Notification Details section:
- Enter the Notification of Appeal Sent Date.
- Click Save + Continue.
Results of the Procedure:
The appeal is validated.
