Vendor Search

Use this process to search for a vendor that exists in the VaCMS.  

Process Steps:

The Vendor Search page displays.

1. In the Vendor Search section:

1. • Select a radio button to search for a Program.

   • Select the EAP Component dropdown menu (only available when program is Energy Assistance).

   • Select the Service / Fuel Type dropdown menu (only available when program is Energy Assistance).

   • Enter the First Name.

   • Enter the Middle Name.

   • Enter the Last Name.

   • Enter the Organization Name.

   • Enter the FEIN.

   • Select the Locality from the dropdown menu.

   • Enter the Zip Code.

   • Enter the Vendor ID.

   • Select the Vendor Status from the dropdown menu.

   • Select the Vendor Type from the dropdown menu.

   • Click Search.

2. Select the radio button in the Vendor Search Results section to view vendor result.
3. Click Next.

Results of the Procedure:

The Vendor Search results are displayed.
