Use this procedure to search for payment information using the case and client specific data.
From the Left Navigation menu, select Payments, then select Payment Search - Case.
The Payment Search – Case page displays.
In the Search Criteria section:
Select a Locality to narrow the search results within a specific Federal Information Process Standard (FIPS) code.
Enter the Case # to search for payments by case.
Enter the Client ID to search for payments by client identification number.
Enter the Payment Date Range From to search for payments effective from a specific date. Enter the date or click the calendar icon and select a date.
Enter the Payment Date Range To to search for payments effective up to a specific date. Enter the date or click the calendar icon and select a date.
Select a Funding Fiscal Year to narrow the search results to include a specific funding fiscal year.

Click Search.
Search results display the payments in the Search Results section.

The Total amount displayed for the child is the sum of all the payments made for the child for the funding fiscal year and date range selected. The Total line at the bottom is the total sum of all the payments made for all the children in the case. |
Click the edit icon next to the payment record to view the case payment details.
The Payment Search – Client page displays.
View the Payment Search Details section.
The case / client payment information is viewed.
