View Case / Client Payment Information

Use this procedure to search for payment information using the case and client specific data.

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Payments, then select Payment Search - Case.

  1. In the Search Criteria section:

 

You must enter either the Funding Fiscal Year or Payment Date Range in the search criteria.

 

  1. Click Search.

 

The Total amount displayed for the child is the sum of all the payments made for the child for the funding fiscal year and date range selected.

The Total line at the bottom is the total sum of all the payments made for all the children in the case.

 

  1. Click the edit icon next to the payment record to view the case payment details.

  1. View the Payment Search Details section.

Results of the Procedure:

The case / client payment information is viewed.
