View and Track Claims
Use this process to view and track claims.
Process Steps:
The View & Track Claims page displays.
- In the Search Criteria section:

- Enter at least one of the following: Claim Number, Client Number or Case Number (required).
- Select the Program from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Claim First Name.
- Enter the Claim Last Name.
- Select the Claim Type from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Claim Begin Month.
- Enter the Claim End Month.
- Select Claim Type form the dropdown menu.
- Click Add.
- In the Search Results section:

- Click the Case Number hyperlink to view case summary.
- Click the Total Recovered Amount hyperlink to go to the Enter & View Claims Payment page for the selected claim.
- Click the edit (pencil) icon to go to the Modify Claims page.
Results of the Procedure:
The search results for View and Tracking claims are displayed.
