Use this procedure to search for an individual customer associated with a particular case, perform an MMIS inquiry (TPL / BENDEX inquiry).
From the Left Navigation menu, click Inquiry, then Client.
The Client - Search page displays.
In the Client Search Criteria section:

Each client search must contain at least a Client ID, SSN, or Last name. Enter information in some or all of the fields to decrease or expand the search range as appropriate. The more criteria entered the more specific the search results will be. |
Enter the full or partial First / Last name of the client.
Enter the SSN.
Enter the DOB.
Select a Gender.
Enter the Client #.
Enter the Case #.
Enter the Application / Screening #.
Enter the MMIS Enrollee ID.
Enter the MMIS Case ID.
Click Search.
The Search Results section displays the search results.
To view specific client details:
Select the appropriate name hyperlink.
The Client - Summary page displays the details of the selected client.
To edit client information for a closed or denied case on the Client Information page, click Update Client Information.
To edit address information for a closed case on the Household Address page click the case number hyperlink and then click Update Address(es) on the Case-Search / Summary page.
To view documents associated to the client, select the View Related Documents hyperlink,

Each row in the Client Search Results section contains a document icon. Clicking any icon will take you to the Document Search Results page. |
To view specific case details:
Select the appropriate case or application / waiting list screening number hyperlink from the Client - Search page.
The Case Search / Summary page displays the details of the selected case.
To view TPL / BENDEX information:
Click the radio button next to the appropriate case on the Client – Search page.
Click the TPL / BENDEX Inquiry button.

BENDEX information might not be available until the monthly BENDEX process runs in MMIS approximately the third week of the month. |
A client search is successfully completed.
