Batch User IDs

In the VaCMS certain automatic processes called batch jobs take action automatically on a regular basis. This action sometimes results in User IDs that are unfamiliar showing up on various VaCMS pages. This QRG lists the common user IDs and explains what they represent.

 

Batch User IDs

The following table shows common batch job user IDs and an explanation of them:

Description

MOREASNDLY

The MOREASNDLY transaction is created by the Case Reassignment batch. The case reassignment batch sends the new worker ID to MMIS after it has been changed in VaCMS. This user ID is commonly seen on the MMIS Transaction History page.

MUMEDBCDLY

The MUMEDBCDLY transaction is created by the Extended MA batch jobs. This user ID is commonly seen on the MMIS Transaction History page.

SelfDirectService

The SelfDirectService user ID represents actions taken by the VaCMS Self Direct process.

MMISService

The MMISService user ID represents actions taken by a monthly batch job that sends follow up codes to MMIS.

CPAPPSTDLY

The CPAPPSTDLY batch represents actions taken to move applications from CommonHelp to My Workspace.

MUTMAEMLY

The MUTMAEMILY batch represents auto closures of Extended Medicaid individuals from the 6th, 9th and 11th month from the follow up date.

INEXPRIMLY

The INEXPRIMLY batch represents those cases that underwent the automated ex parte renewal process.

INBUEI2MLY

The INBUEI2MLY batch represents actions taken by VaCMS for creating budget records for conversion cases.
