Entering an EAP Application for a Case Closed or Denied In a Different Locality |
Overview
Occasionally, you will receive a paper application for an Energy Assistance case that’s currently in a different locality. Follow the steps below to complete this process.
Entering an EAP Application for a Case That's Closed or Denied in a Different Locality
From the Left Navigation select Inquiry, then select Case.
Enter the case number in the search field, then click Search.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, then click Update Address.
On the Household Address page, update the case with the new address then click Submit.
Click Maintain LDSS Resources from the left navigation, then select Case/Application Assignment.
Enter the case number, then click Display.
Enter your worker ID in the Worker 1 ID field, then click Assign.
Click Submit.
Go to the EAP Inbox and enter the case number on the search screen.
Select the radio button next to the case you want to process, then click Update EAP Application/Case.
