Common Icons

The following icons and their descriptions are found throughout the VaCMS system.

Help icon – Shows Procedure Help or Page Level Help.

Generate POSO icon – Adds a POSO (Purchase of Service Order) form to a worker’s Pending Forms page (Child Care workers).

Delete icon – Erases the record for the corresponding information.

Preview icon – Previews the selected record.

Customer Portal icon – Notes an application was received from the Customer Portal.

Spell Check icon – Checks the spelling of words entered into a free form text box in the VaCMS.

Read Only icon – Indicates that information on the page cannot be edited.

Inquiry icon – Displays details of a client or address in search result window.

The VaCMS homepage icon – Navigates directly to the VaCMS homepage.

View Driver Flow icon – Displays the Driver Status Details pop-up window.

Insert Page Comment icon – Opens a comment textbox for the page.

View Page Comments icon – Opens page comments previously entered in a pop-up window.

Search icon – Allows you to perform searches to access / retrieve data stored in the VaCMS or related systems, such as SPiDeR or MMIS.

Edit icon – Edits selected data field or record.

Calendar icon – Enters selected date into field.

Stop icon – Exits without saving (case information is retained up to last click of a Save button)..

Print Preview icon – Displays a preview of the printable version of the page.

Created or Last Updated User Details icon – Shows last user who created the record or worked on the case (Created User Details or Updated User Details).

E icon - Within RDE, this indicates any records that have been updated during the Renewal or Change Report.

Within the Application Inbox, this indicates any records noted as Potential Expedited. You can choose to use this as search criteria by selecting Yes or No.

P icon - Within the Locality Inbox, this indicates any records noted as Potential Pregnancy.

Closed Case icon - Within RDE, this indicates cases that have a status of "Closed."

M icon – In the Application Inbox, indicates any records that have only minimal information entered in RDE or CommonHelp. You can choose to use this as search criteria by selecting Yes or No.

R icon - In the Application Inbox, indicates any records that are marked as requesting a Resource Assessment only; the application does not request benefits for any program. You can choose to use this as search criteria by selecting Yes or No.
