Add Waiting List Information

Use this procedure to add waiting list information, specifically income and deduction information to a waiting list screening.

Process Steps:

The Waiting List Information page displays.

 

The VaCMS uses waiting list information to determine if a family is eligible to be placed on the waiting list.

 

  1. Enter the total monthly gross amount of Employment income before taxes for all individuals within the household.

  2. Enter the total monthly gross amount of income from Veterans Benefits, Retirement Benefits, and Pensions before taxes for all individuals within the household.

  3. Enter the total monthly gross amount of income from Social Security (not including SSI) before taxes for all individuals within the household.

  4. Enter the total monthly gross amount of income from Other Countable Income before taxes for all individuals within the household.

 

Add a page level comment for any calculations performed to determine the monthly gross income if it is not provided by the client.

 

  1. Enter the total monthly gross amount of Child Support Payments made by individuals in the household.

  2. Enter the total monthly gross amount of Other Allowable Deductions made by individuals in the household.

  3. Click Save + Continue.

  4. Proceed to Relationship Details, the next step in the Data Collection process.

 

Results of the Procedure:

Waiting list information for income and deductions are recorded for a waiting list screening and the worker can proceed to the next step in the Data Collection process.
