Use this procedure to add a comment to a specific page. Add comments at the page level when there is a comment that is specific to information on a particular page. Comments added to pages can be viewed by all workers who subsequently work on the case.

If information is not specific to a particular page, enter it as a comment to the case narrative. Proceed to Case Narrative Comments. To add comments to a vendor’s facility narrative, proceed to Add Comments to Facility Narrative. |

Any page that has the insert page comment icon near the top can have page level comments added to it. |
A page with the insert page comment icon near the top displays:
Click the insert page comment icon from the top of the page.
The Comments text box displays near the bottom of the page.
In the Comments section:
Enter the text of the comments in the text box (required).

Review the comments before proceeding. After clicking Next or Save + Continue comments are permanently saved and cannot be edited or deleted. The comments will be available to all interested parties if audits and / or hearings occur. |
Click Next or Save + Continue, depending on the button on the page.
The next page in the driver flow displays.
A page level comment is recorded for information pertaining to a specific page.
