Use this procedure to review information for existing household members and add individual household members to a case. Each household member is assigned a unique client identification number. The age and gender of each individual are listed directly after his or her name for quick reference.
The Register Client - Summary page displays.
View the results and confirm the accuracy of information for each individual.
To update an individual’s information, select the radio button for an individual and click the edit icon.
To add an individual to the application or waiting list screening, click Add Client.
Proceed to Register Client.

Repeat this step until all clients have been added to the application or waiting list screening. |
Click Next.
Proceed to Register Program - Program.
All members of the household are successfully registered on the application or waiting list screening request for child care services.
