The Client Information – Run Eligibility page displays.

The Case # field is auto-populated with the number of the case that is going through the Data Collection process. |
Verify the accurate case number is displayed in the Case # field.
Select the Program Category to run eligibility for from the dropdown menu.
Click Next.
The Client Information – EDG Summary page displays.
The results of running eligibility determination are displayed.
Review the detailed EDG information including the EDG number.
Click Next.
The Immunization Details page displays.
Proceed to Immunization Details.
An initial eligibility determination is run and reviewed for a case’s EDG.
