Use this procedure to search for an existing receivables account.
From the Left Navigation menu, click Payments, then Receivables Account Search.
The Receivables Account Search page displays.
In the Receivables Account Search section:

Enter either the Vendor ID or the Case # but not both. |
Enter the Vendor ID or click the search icon, enter search criteria, and select the appropriate vendor identification number (required).
Or
Enter the Case Number or click the search icon, enter search criteria, and select the appropriate case identification number (required).
Select the Locality.
Select the Status of the receivables account.
Click Search.
The Receivables Account section displays the search results.
To update an existing receivables account:
Click the edit icon next to the receivables account to be updated.
Proceed to Update Receivables Account Details.
To record a receivables collection for a receivables account:
Click the edit icon next to the receivables account for which collections have to be recorded.
Proceed to Collections for a Receivables Account.
A receivables account is successfully searched.
