Update Facility Contact

Use this procedure to update contact information for a vendor. Contact information is recorded at the individual level. Facility contact information can be updated for vendors maintained by DOLPHIN. 

Process Steps:

  1. From the Left Navigation menu, select Maintain Vendor, then Facility Contact.

 

The Effective Begin Date defaults to the current date

 

  1. Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).

  1. In the Facility Contact Detail section:

  1. If this is the first time updating the vendor’s information:

  1. If this is not the first time updating the vendor’s information:

Results of the Procedure:

The vendor’s contact information is now updated.
