Use this procedure to update contact information for a vendor. Contact information is recorded at the individual level. Facility contact information can be updated for vendors maintained by DOLPHIN.
From the Left Navigation menu, select Maintain Vendor, then Facility Contact.
The Facility Contact Detail page displays.

The Effective Begin Date defaults to the current date. |
Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
In the Facility Contact Detail section:
Enter the Effective Begin Date (required).
Enter the First Name (required).
Enter the Last Name (required).
Enter Primary Phone (required).
Complete the non-required fields as appropriate.
Click Save + Continue.
If this is the first time updating the vendor’s information:
The Facility Household Summary page displays.
Proceed to Update Facility Household.
If this is not the first time updating the vendor’s information:
The Facility Household Summary page displays.
Use the Left Navigation menu to select another page to update.
The vendor’s contact information is now updated.
