Veteran Information

Use this procedure to enter the customer’s veteran information. This page triggers if any individual on the case is identified as a Veteran on the Client – SSN Application page.

Process Steps:

  1. The Client – Veteran Information page displays.
  2. In the Client Demographic Dates section:
  1. In the Armed Services/Veteran/Survivor Information section:
  1. Click Next to proceed to the Tax Return page.

Results of the Procedure:

The customer’s veteran information is recorded.
