Use this procedure to review the attendance details received from the Electronic Child Care (ECC) system.
From the Left Navigation menu, select Payments, then select Attendance Search.
The Attendance Search page displays.
In the Search Criteria section:
Enter the appropriate Vendor ID or proceed to Search for Attendance Information.
Click Search.
In the Search Results section:
Click the edit icon next to the attendance record to review the attendance details.
The Attendance Detail page displays.
Review the Attendance Detail section.
Review the attendance details received from the ECC system for a specific vendor, service period, Fiscal Year, and locality.
Review the units of care authorized and units of care attended by a child for the vendor.
Click Previous.
The attendance details received from the ECC system are reviewed.
