Reserved funds are the funds that are encumbered for authorizations in a suspended status.
Use this procedure to view reserved funds.
To view available funds summary proceed to View Available Funds.
The Available Funds Detail page displays.
In the Available Funds section:
Click Reserved Funds.
The Reserved Funds Summary page displays.
View the Reserved Funds for different Age Ranges and Total Reserved Funds for a specific locality by budget line and fiscal year.

To search for reserved funds information for a specific case number:
Enter the case number in the Case # field.
Click Go.
This page displays the reserved funds information for the case number entered.
The reserved funds information is viewed.
